That?s why programs like THP Home make a real difference ? helping patients transition safely from hospital to home while connecting them to community-based supports, follow-up care, or critical services tailored to their needs.

In 2024?25 alone, we raised a record-setting CA$56 million, with an additional CA$30 million in future commitments from our generous donors.
These funds aren?t just numbers ? they enable real improvements in care:
We?re building the future home of The Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital, set to be the largest hospital in Canada.
This includes expanded capacity, modern facilities, and faster access for patients and families.
For the first time in Ontario, we?re creating a dedicated hospital for women and children ? the Shah Family Hospital for Women and Children.
This will bring together maternity, pediatric and women?s health services under one roof.
