The Penultimate Road to me is a winding down, taking stock and preparing for the remainder of my life, making sure I keep healthy in mind and body as best I can. Keeping safe and getting the best out of life before the final journey, which we all must travel eventually.

I am a retired male heading for my seventienth year and I live in Scotland. Not much more to say about me really; I’m not an academic or a professional in any particular field, I’ve had many jobs. But over the years I’ve experimented and tinkered with things. So I’m very much a jack of all trades and master of none.
