Mesenchymal stems have captured the attention in regenerative medicines over few decades. MSCs derived exosomes provides more firm and decreased safety risks regarding the administration of live cells. Due to their immunomodulatory abilities, MSCs are used as a cellular therapy for treating numerous human diseases. According to the MSC exosome’s clinical trials, it is the production of the extracellular vesicles that contains protein, amino acid, and lipid that transmits signals to recipient cells. MSCs contribute to all the skin healing stages by playing an active and beneficial role in animals and humans. MSCs is a novel therapy for wound healing and regeneration, gaining momentum in the past few years.

MSCs in wound healing and cutaneous regeneration

Cutaneous wound healing is arranged physiological process that repairs the coherence of the skin following injuries.
