A. P Shah Institute of Technology is the first e-vehicle laboratory in India, is a joint venture with the A. P Shah Institute of Technology and the Go-Go Foundation inaugurated at the Shah Institute of Technology on 3rd Jan 2020.


Considering the increasing pollution and the risk of future fuel shortages, electric vehicles are viewed as a means of communication for the future. In view of this need, the Principal of the college Dr. Uttam Kolekar and Go-Go Foundation President Shrikant Shinde decided to work with the goal of creating skilled engineers and providing them with job and business opportunities. Dr. Uttam Kolekar and Go-Go Foundation President Shrikant Shinde, College Trustee Smt. Pooja Shah, Covestro German Company's Sales Manager, Dean, and Head of all departments were present.
