Ambamata temple :
Behind this famous temple in Udaipur lies a thrilling story of Maharana Raj Singh, it is believed that he suffered from an incurable eye trouble, he planned to visit the temple of Goddess Amba in Gujrat but had a dream before that in which Goddess Amba instructed him to visit her on a particular location in Udaipur.
Mahakaleshwer temple :
This prodigious temple is spread across a vast piece of land; the construction process of the temple is still in process under the Shri Mahakaleshwar Mandir Nirman Sahyog Mandal, this trust includes members exceeding 5500. The evening Aarti begins at 6:30 pm, it is the time when all the ‘Shiv Bhakts’ assemble to engage in the mass worshipping of Lord Shiva (Mahakaal).
Eklinggi temple:
The Eklinji Temple premises bears 108 temples in total, Shiva Bhakts (devotees) often visit the temple to worship Lord Shiva on Mondays, as Monday is believed to be the day of Lord Shiva. You must attend one of the evening aartis practiced around 7 pm, don’t forget to try some ‘Mirchi badas’ from the nearby vendors to satisfy your tingling taste-buds!
Jagdish temple:
Jagdish Temple Udaipur is an Indo-Aryan style architecture temple in Udaipur. This temple was built by Maharana Jagat Singh in 1651. Shri Jagdish Temple is the most beautiful example of Hindu Iconography, consisting of three stories of hand carved stone, with a steeple nearly 79 feet high and is the largest temple of Udaipur.
