Podium is expanding its AI clinic management software across Australia's fast growing medical spa sector, pitching a single operating system for aesthetics practices. Grand View Research puts the market at USD 712.6 million in 2023, forecast to hit USD 2.08 billion by 2030, and IMARC says around 45 per cent of Australians are considering aesthetic treatments.
Clinics often juggle five or six tools, with enquiries split across social, SMS, web chat and phone, and after hours leads easily lost. Podium's AI employee, Avery, learns each clinic's services, pricing and tone, then qualifies leads, answers treatment questions, books into the calendar, texts back missed calls in seconds, sends review requests, runs win back campaigns, rebooks cancellations and issues text to pay deposit links.
Avery costs under AU$2 an hour, lifts lead conversion 45 per cent on average and achieves 98 per cent SMS open rates, 90 per cent read within three minutes. Tighter TGA rules on cosmetic injectable ads have made response speed and review volume more commercially important.
