Neither the type of cuisine, nor the price, nor the location matters. If the food is supposedly the “best of” something, or it is one of the most popular places in town, or even if a friend just recommends it to me as an extraordinary experience, it is my goal to test it in hopes of uncovering whether it really deserves the hype.
