Our IM endurance program helps you to put one foot in front of the other in a safe and efficient way to PR your next race time. Interested in Olympic Weightlifting? Our weightlifting aficionados will walk you through specific programming to improve your snatch, clean & jerk, and total. Do you love rowing? The IM rowing program makes the C2 rower your best friend. Maybe you just want a fat-blasting cardio burn? Our bootcamp style IM Fit class combines the best of community with the best of cardio for a high speed sweat fest thatís sure to get your blood pumping.
